The Ascended Christ

The Ascended Christ

Then I turned to see the voice that was speaking to me…and in the midst of the lampstands One like a Son of man. Revelation 1:12

It is essential to have an accurate view of Christ when you pray.

We celebrate the baby Jesus leading up to Christmas. We celebrate the crucified Jesus every time we take communion. We celebrate the resurrection of Christ every Easter. Today, however, it is essential when you pray to realize that Jesus is not a baby in a manger, nor a mangled body hanging on a tree, nor simply One who rose from the dead; Christ is the ascended, exalted, and glorified Christ. He was a baby for only a year, He was crucified for only a few hours, He was risen and walked the earth for forty days, but He has been ascended, exalted, and glorified for two thousand years!

Today and every day declare the reality of the ascended Christ.

Loving Father, as I approach Your throne today, I declare the Name Jesus—the ascended, exalted, glorified Christ. I boldly approach you in the Name above all others.

Please PRAY!
We are asking God for the remaining world countries and U.S.A. states to receive the training of the College of Prayer. Pray with us today for Liechtenstein and Maine.

This daily Christ-encountering, fire-starter is not intended to replace your daily Bible reading and prayer time, but rather to motivate you to spend extended time in His presence.

YEAR ON FIRE
