Let Your Money Mature
Let Your Money Mature
“Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the first fruits of all your produce; then your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will be bursting with wine.” Proverbs 3:9-10
There is something better than watching your stock portfolio mature— it is watching God use money to mature you.
Money was never intended to be a source of evil, but a means to honor God.
Your assets and cash flow provide you with two means to honor God: Through your wealth (accumulated assets) and through your monthly income (“the first fruits of all your produce”).
God has given you these two means to honor him, and in order to encourage you in this direction, he gives you a significant promise: “then your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will be bursting with wine.”
Part of growing you up and bringing you into maturity as a follower of Christ is entrusting you with financial assets and monthly income.
And that is a promise.
Loving Father, I declare all my assets holy to God, and I receive my monthly income as your gracious gift to me by which to honor you. Show me specific ways I can honor you with my financial resources today in Jesus name.
Please PRAY!
We are asking God for the remaining world countries and U.S.A. states to receive the training of the College of Prayer. Pray with us today for Seychelles and Illinois.
