Promise for Children

Promise for Children

“The promise is for you and for your children and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to himself.” Acts 2:39

Children can be just as filled with the Holy Spirit as you can.

On the day of Pentecost the promise of the Holy Spirit was given to those who were present, to their children, and for all who are far off. This includes you, your children, and their children.
This is a promise God wants you to declare over your children and grandchildren today. Only Christ can lead your family members to salvation and to be filled with the Holy Spirit, but he has given you a promise to pray.

Loving Father, I declare the promise of salvation and the baptism of the Holy Spirit over life, my children and grandchildren. Jesus, you are the baptizer in the Holy Spirit and I take this promise on behalf of my family members today Jesus’ name.
