God-Pleasing Faith
God-Pleasing Faith
"Without faith, it is impossible to please God." Hebrews 11:6
God loves faith. He looks for faith.
When Christ was physically here on earth, He was able to spot faith a mile away. It was as if He had a faith-Geiger counter inside His chest that would start to vibrate whenever He got close to faith.
“Your faith has healed you,” He said on one occasion.
“Seeing his faith, He healed him,” it was said of Him on another occasion.
“He was unable to heal any of them because of their unbelief,” yet again.
Faith is the response of people toward the presence of God.
Christ still has that faith-Geiger counter that is scouring the earth looking for genuine faith. When He looks in your direction today, He wants you to respond to His presence.
Loving Father, pleasing You today is my highest ambition. In the Name of Christ, I come in the simplicity of genuine faith. I draw near to You knowing You will draw near to me.
