Children Come

Children Come

"Let the children come to Me; do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God."
Mark 10:14

Do not sell your children short when it comes to their ability to know God and to encounter His manifest presence. More than simply raising good kids, we want to raise godly kids—champions who forcefully advance Christ’s Kingdom.

If our children do not see God dramatically answer specific prayers, we will lose them to Satan. (Do yourself a favor and reread that sentence).

Children will always run toward the God who works. If our children do not see the power of God expressed in tangible, everyday-life circumstances, they will look for another god with power.

We want our children to do more than simply learn how to punch the right buttons and jump through the right hoops. More than raising Christian bobble heads who know how to give the right answers and sing the right songs, we want our children to encounter the manifest presence of Christ. We want them to experience the supernatural power of God to cast out demons, heal sick bodies, convict of sin, and lead us in freedom.

Loving Father, pour out Your Holy Spirit on our children and use me to champion their faith and our future, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
