Mouth-to-Mouth Resuscitation
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful… 2 Timothy 3:16 NIV ‘84
If you want a word from God, read the Bible. We are rapidly becoming a generation in danger of becoming so focused on prophetic Words from God that we are in danger of neglecting Scripture. While not every word from God comes from the Bible, every word of the Bible comes from God. Let’s not forget it. As we open ourselves to the revelatory ministry of the Holy Spirit today, we want to wholeheartedly embrace the primary word of the Holy Spirit in Scripture.
All Scripture is God-breathed, or God’s exhaled Word. This is as true today as it was when it was written. God wants to exhale His Scripture into your spirit today and lead you to an encounter with Christ.
Father God, as I read the Bible today, breathe Your Word into me as if You are giving me mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. I receive it, in Jesus’ Name.
