Pastors on Fire
“He gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers.” Ephesians 4:11
On this day, January 2, in the year of our Lord 1908, Pastor Boddy spoke at a church convention on the Latter Rain of the Holy Spirit.
Pastor Boddy had previously fallen to the ground under the power of the Holy Spirit while preaching in his church in Pennsylvania. While ministering at the church convention in St. Louis, many received a similar Holy Spirit manifestation. Lives were transformed as pastors and church leaders experienced first-hand the unusual visitation of God.
Loving Father, set my pastor on fire today, in Jesus’ Name.
