Healing in Jesus

Healing in Jesus

“And with his wounds we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5)

When you are sick, it is an opportunity to look to Jesus for healing. No matter what the illness—physical, emotional, mental—Christ invites you to look to him as your source of healing.

Every illness is an invitation to draw near to Christ because “with his wounds, we are healed.”
One thousand years before Jesus was born, the prophet Isaiah predicted the scourging of Christ.

The apostle Peter quoted Isaiah’s prophecy and connected it to Christ: “He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness” (1 Peter 2:24.)
Jesus invites you to come now to receive your healing.

Loving Father, I declare over my illnesses today, with his wounds I am healed. I receive my healing now in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
