Ongoing Infilling— Ongoing Revival
“Be filled with the Spirit.” Ephesians 5:18
When God told you to be filled with the Holy Spirit, he gave you both a command and a promise.
Jesus never asks anyone to do something without making it possible.
Armin Gesswein said, “The difference between praying for revival and revival-praying is, when you pray for revival you can pray yourself into unbelief. Revival-praying, on the other hand, always receives a portion now of that toward which you are praying.”
If you have been stuck in a rut of praying for revival without receiving a portion of that toward which you are praying, it is time to repent. God gives you the promise of personal revival. Be filled with the Spirit.
Loving Father, I receive right now your Holy Spirit. Revive me and revive my church in Jesus’ name.
