Violent Kingdom

Violent Kingdom

“The kingdom of heaven has suffered violence, and the violent take it by force.” Matthew 11:12

If you think the kingdom of God is wimpy, you are in for a big surprise.

The kingdom of God is so revolutionary that Jesus called it violent, or forceful. Not only does the kingdom advance forceful, when the kingdom comes on an individual it makes that person forceful as well.

When the kingdom of God comes on your life, it will remove all passivity, apathy, and lethargy. The kingdom of God will infuse you with new life-transforming energy.

The kingdom of God changes people so radically, even violently, that there is no longer room for neutrality.

The kingdom of God will never remove your distinct personality; but the kingdom of God will thoroughly redeem your personality and allow you to live life boldly and courageously.
God is in the process of making you a forceful advancer of his kingdom.

Loving Father, I welcome your forceful kingdom to radically change my life from the inside out in Jesus’ name.
