Supernatural Kingdom
“For the kingdom of God does not consist in talk but in power.” 1 Corinthians 4:20
When Jesus brought the kingdom of God to earth, he first demonstrated the kingdom, then he explained the kingdom.
Today it is all too easy to talk about the kingdom without ever demonstrating the supernatural power of the kingdom. It is no wonder so many people are kingdom-ignorant.
The best way to understand the kingdom is to welcome the manifesting presence of Christ. In his presence he will demonstrate the reality of the kingdom to you.
Don’t settle for kingdom-talk without kingdom-power. Talk is cheap; kingdom is powerful. James said, “faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead” (James 2:17). So too, kingdom-talk without kingdom-power is dead.
Welcome the kingdom presence of the Holy Spirit into your life today, and expect to see evidence of supernatural power.
Loving Father, I repent of kingdom-talk without kingdom-power. Today I receive your kingdom presence. Manifest the reality of your kingdom power in my life in Jesus’ name.
