More Wait— More Weight

More Wait— More Weight

“They who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength.” Isaiah 40:31a

You may normally hate to wait— bumper-to-bumper traffic, long lines at the grocery store, or a delayed flight. When we wait for God, however, we learn a significant kingdom principle.
The more wait, the more weight.

This is to say, the longer we wait on God to answer prayer, the more significant the answer to prayer becomes.

The more we exercise our faith muscle without losing heart, the bigger our muscles become.
The more wait, the more weighty the answers.
The more wait, the more weighty our faith muscles.
The more wait, the more weighty glory for Christ.

Father God, today I repent of putting you on my timeline. I choose to wait on the Lord. I want to learn to love to wait, for the sake of greater weight.
