God Is Love
“God is love.” 1 John 4:8,16
If you have trouble memorizing Scripture, do yourself a favor, and memorize these three words— God is love. These are the three sweetest words in the English language— God is love. These three words are a promise.
The Bible gives this promise not once, but twice, because he wants you to be convinced.
God is love guarantees you certain promises that you can bank on.
Everything God does is loving.
Everything God says is loving.
This means that everything God is doing right now in your life, he is doing because he loves you. Every word he is saying to you today, he is saying because he loves you.
Today you can stand on these three rock solid words— God is love.
Father, I declare at the top of my lungs— God is love! Press the reality of your loving presence into every area of my life today in Jesus’ name.
