King of Kings—Lord of Lords

King of Kings—Lord of Lords

“On his robe and on his thigh he has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords.”
Revelation 19:16

Every name of God is a promise—King of kings and Lord of lords are two of God’s names that give you confidence, comfort, and courage.

The fact that Christ is King of kings and Lord of lords means that there is no one more powerful or influential than him. He has all power and authority. Nothing you face today is of greater influence than Christ—no sickness, no financial problem, no threat. When you have Christ, you have the one who is able to calm the storm, open prison doors, and close the mouths of lions. It is time to trust him.

Loving Father, I declare Christ to be King of kings and Lord of lords. I bind the spirit of fear and intimidation and I loose the spirit of love and courage in Jesus’ name.
