As we prepare to celebrate the birth of America tomorrow, it is important to remember God’s Law Revival.
The hope of America is in the church of Christ in our land. The hope of the church in our nation is the manifesting presence of Christ.
God’s Law Revival is found in Jesus’ words in John 16:7-8, “But if I go, I will send him to you. And when he comes, he will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment.” The two key words in these verses are to you. Jesus sends his Spirit to the church. Then through the church he will convict the world of sin
God sends his Spirit to his church, and through the church, will convict the nation of righteousness, sin, and judgment.
When revival is strong in the church, evangelism will be strong in the nation.
When repentance is strong in the church, repentance will be strong in the nation.
When the church is hungry for God’s manifesting presence, the nation will wake up to God’s manifesting presence.
When God fills his church with his glory, God will potentially fill the land with his glory.
Today is a good day to cry out to God for revival in the church.
Loving Father, pour out your holy presence into my church today, and through my church, convict our community of righteousness, sin, and judgment in Jesus’ name.
