Store Up The Word

Store Up The Word

“I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.” Psalm 119:11

Bible promises are like gemstones that are worth keeping in a safe place. There is no better place to store up the promises of God than by memorizing them word-perfect so that you can chew on them when you go to bed at night, get up in the morning, drive to and from work, and during your free time.

Notice how this promise is also a prayer. The more we turn Bible promises into daily prayers, the more of God’s power and presence we will enjoy.

Loving Father, thank you that I can feed on your word daily in Jesus’ name. Amen.
