Faithfulness Promise
“His faithfulness to all generations.” Psalm 100:5c
Today your prompt to praise the Lord is the solid rock promise of God’s faithfulness.
“Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise!
Give thanks to him; bless his name!
For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever,
and his faithfulness to all generations.”
Psalm 100:4-5
Psalm 100 calls the whole earth— believers and unbelievers— to shout with praise to the Lord on the basis of three unchangeable attributes— his goodness, steadfast love, and faithfulness. Just as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow, you can count on God’s faithfulness.
God’s character of his faithfulness is the promise of God for you today.
Loving Father, faithful Father, I declare over my life your faithfulness today. I rest in the certainty of your faithfulness in Jesus’ name. Amen.
