Face-Seeking

Face-Seeking

“Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek the face of the God of Jacob.” Psalm 24:6

If you are becoming a seeker I have good news— you are not alone. God is raising up a whole generation of seekers. You and I are living in a day of a mighty prayer movement.
Genuine seekers are not seeking stuff from God, they are face-seekers— people who want to seek God’s manifest presence.

Seeking the face of God’s manifest presence is, after all, the vortex toward which all prayer is moving.

Father God, make me a face-seeker—one who loves gazing at your beauty, who recognizes your countenance, and lingers in your presence.
