My Shield

My Shield

I love you, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer,
my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
Psalm 18:1-2

All true worship rises out of an encounter with Christ; it expresses itself in a profound appreciation of God’s Name. In these two verses from Psalm 18, King David declares no fewer than ten distinct names of God. Powerful!

Today, use the Name of God as a declaration in prayer. Let your worship soar. Declare the greatness, supremacy, sufficiency, and potency of His Name as you enter into Christ-encountering prayer.

Lord God Almighty, Your Name is great. I declare You my strength, my rock, my fortress, my God, my refuge, my shield, the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.

Please PRAY!
We are asking God for the remaining world countries and U.S.A. states to receive the training of the College of Prayer. Pray with us today for Liechtenstein and Nevada.

This daily Christ-encountering, fire-starter is not intended to replace your daily Bible reading and prayer time, but rather to motivate you to spend extended time in His presence.
