Fearless Love
Fearless Love
There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. 1 John 4:18
Too many people have turned their prayer lives into an anxiety session. They pray themselves into a nervous frenzy. They are more upset and worried about life after they are finished praying than when they started. This is messed up.
God has a better approach to prayer. Encounter the love of Christ first and allow His perfect love to grab your worries, fears, and anxieties by the throat and kick them out to the curb!
When the Scripture says perfect love, you may immediately think, Well, I’m disqualified! My love is certainly not perfect. I have good news for you—this is not talking about your love, but God’s love. His love is perfect, and all you need to do is open your heart to it, and your fears will be kicked to the curb.
Loving Father, I gladly repent. I identify the spirit of fear and renounce it in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I replace it now with Your perfect love for me, in Jesus’ Name.
Please PRAY!
We are asking God for the remaining world countries and U.S.A. states to receive the training of the College of Prayer. Pray with us today for Liechtenstein and Illinois.
This daily Christ-encountering, fire-starter is not intended to replace your daily Bible reading and prayer time, but rather to motivate you to spend extended time in His presence.
