God Joined Together
“What, therefore, God has joined together, let not man separate.” Mark 10:9
Marriage is worth fighting to protect. No one said a good marriage would be easy, but virtually every marriage is worth fighting for, as far as is biblically possible. When Jesus was asked about divorce, his bottom line answer was straightforward— what, therefore, God has joined together, let not man separate.
Think about it— according to these words, God is the epoxy glue that holds together two spouses.
If you have been considering divorce, or if you know a couple who is, declare this promise over that marriage today— what, therefore, God has joined together.
Loving Father, I praise you for the promise that you are in the middle of this marriage, and today, Lord, make yourself even more conspicuous in Jesus’ name.
